COMMERCIAL RENTAL RATES Fewer than 50 dates per year Thursday to Saturday More than 50 dates per year THE STUDIO OTHER SPACES (Centre's Boardroom, Lobby areas, Centre's Stage) OTHER EXPENSES Stagehands: IATSE Local 357 - Rates as per current agreement Front of House: Includes ticket takers, ushers,first aid, etc. - a full-house estimate is $1,500 Security: Event security, as required. Equipment: a charge for any equipment not currently in The Centre's inventory Super Trooper follow spot: $40 per lamp, per performance Electrical Inspection: $125 Dance Floor: $20 per section. The Centre In The Square has 12 sections of Roscofloor - black on one side and grey on the other. Each section measures 5.5 feet wide by approximately 32 feet long. Box Office Commissions: 5.5% of sales less GST and CRF (net sales); plus $0.25 per ticket for complimentary tickets, minimum $500 per performance; Credit Card charges included Music Performance Rights Fees: SOCAN (per tariffs in effect on event date) Piano Rental: Steinway Series D - $295 per day; piano tuning at cost + 15% Insurance: Certificate of Insurance required as outlined in contract Intermission: $500 charge if no intermission (Not for Profit excluded) Advertising: contact The Centre's Marketing Department House Program: $500 for the first performance, $150 each additional performance "Coming Soon" Flyer: $450 per issue CRF: Capital Reserve Fund surcharge $2.25 (including GST) per ticket when top ticket exceeds $10.00. Effective January 1, 2009, flat rate charge of $50.00 to $500.00, based on attendance, on non-ticketed events and on complimentary tickets.
