COMMERCIAL RENTAL RATES Thursday to Saturday More than 50 dates per year THE STUDIO OTHER SPACES (Centre's Boardroom, Lobby areas, Centre's Stage) OTHER EXPENSES Stagehands: IATSE Local 357 - Rates as per current agreement Front of House: Includes stage door, ticket takers, ushers,first aid Security: Event security, as required. Equipment: a charge for any equipment not currently in The Centre's inventory Super Trooper follow spot: $40 per lamp, per performance Electrical Inspection: $125 Dance Floor: $20 per section. The Centre In The Square has 12 sections of Roscofloor - black on one side and grey on the other. Each section measures 5.5 feet wide by approximately 32 feet long. For on site rental only Box Office Commissions: 5.5% of sales less GST and CRF (net sales); plus $0.25 per ticket for complimentary tickets, minimum $500 per performance; Credit Card charges included Music Performance Rights Fees: SOCAN (per tariffs in effect on event date) Piano Rental: Steinway Series D - $295 per day; piano tuning at cost + 15% Insurance: Certificate of Insurance required as outlined in contract Intermission: $500 charge if no intermission (Not for Profit excluded) Advertising: contact The Centre's Marketing Department CRF: Capital Reserve Fund surcharge $2.25 (including GST) per ticket when top ticket price exceeds $10.00. Flat rate charge of $50.00 to $500.00, based on attendance, on non-ticketed events and on free events.
